Case Study: Primaris Large Format Wall Art

Proprint was tasked with designing and producing a series of large format wall prints for the new offices of
Primaris (a division of H&R REIT). This was a team effort between both companies to bring a fresh look to a new space.

boring

Using a collection of Primaris property images, Proprint designed a high resolution collage. The Primaris team helped to shape it to represent a successful history in Canadian retail. The result is a colourful accent wall that can be seen from their new boardroom. Large format panels were printed and installed in time for the big reveal.

local

The Primaris office design is distinctly Canadian, you can really see this come through in their curation of art for the office and in their furnishings. Inspired by this theme, the lunch room booths also required a “local touch”, so we outfitted each booth with a section of a linear map of Toronto that spans all 3 seating areas. The Primaris team selected colours that complimented the surroundings to help integrate it into their vision. We loved partnering with the team on a collaborative design, it turned out to be a great communal place for employees to grab a bite or have a conversation.

Wellness is important to Primaris, you can see it in the way that they designed their brand new gym. To brighten up the surroundings, they asked us to create a large format accent wall. We’re happy the client was happy with how it turned out:
